我们这位Web主站负责人对SEO还是很有发言权的，他有着10年的运营经验，曾在中搜干了6年，专门负责搜索相关的运营工作，36氪当下的SEO工作也是他来负责。虽然我也有一些零碎的搜索知识，但这次分享着实让我开了眼界，接下来就挑一些重要知识点和你聊聊。
SEO，是搜索引擎优化的简称，做SEO的目的，一是为了让更多人发现自己的网站，二是要配合SEM做互联网营销推广，三则是为了从竞争对手那里掠夺用户。
评估一家网站SEO水平如何，PR值是比较重要的指标，PR越高搜索出结果的权重排序越靠前。其理论公式如下：
PR = /L+PR /L+PR/L+…+PR/L)q+1-q
- PR、PR…PR表示链接到⽹页A的N个⽹⻚的PR等级。N是链接的总数，这个链接可以是来自任何网站的导入链接
- L表示网页N导出向其他网站链接的数量
- q是阻尼系数，介于0-1之间，Google设为0.85
也就是说，导向你网站的链接越多，导出链接越少，你的PR就越高。国际上做SEO都以Google的PR计算规则为参考，但在我国则要重点关注度娘。百度的PR规则相比Google更复杂，而且每年都会变个几次，很难精确估算，但也有一些公开标准可参考，一般来讲影响百度权重的因素有这么几个：
- 网站外链的推广度、数量和质量
- 网站的内链够强⼤
- 网站的原创质量
- 网站的年龄时间
- 网站的更新频率
- 网站的流量，流量越高网站权重越高
- 网站的关键词排名：关键词排名越靠前，网站的权重越⾼
- 网站的收录数量：网站百度收录数量越多，百度权重越⾼
- 网站或⽹⻚的浏览量及深度：即⽤户体验越好，百度权重越⾼。
- 关键词的数量：关键词的数量越多，积累的权重也会越高，不过，这还要看关键词的流量，如果关键词的流量⾮常低，即便排名很靠前，权重也不会积累到很多，不过可以积少成多。
在百度算法中，判断是否收录和判断给予多高权重是完全独立的两个算法。典型错误思想是：收录快=权重高。百度的收录速度是根据你⽹站的更新频率和内容新鲜度判断的。通常来说，只有新内容才会有时效性，而不是简单地对旧文章、旧资源的转载。⾼价值资源的判断标准包括：文本具有可读性，或资源可正常使用。更进一步的要求是，文字内容排版合理、便于阅读；或广告少、视频清晰；或资源下载速度快。高价值的资源不仅对搜索引擎友好，更重要的是能带来⽤户体验的提升。不同百度权重会给网站带来的流量预估如下图：
除了网站内容和体验的健康外，网站结构和页面本身的优化也是提升PR权重的重要因素。网站结构可以理解成页面和页面之间的层级关系，决定了搜索引擎爬虫是否能找到对应网页，找到后能否抓取页面内容，以及抓取后能否提取主要信息。行业内一般有扁平式和树形式两种结构。树形指导航层级较多的网站，比如新浪、网易这种传统门户，它们通常有类似下图这样的层级结构：
树形结构适合大站，逻辑清晰，好维护，但索引成本高，爬虫抓取效率相对较低。扁平式则是当下很多网站、博客的主流结构，通常都只有2层，以导航+信息流为主，比如36氪。扁平式适合小站点，优点就是对搜索引擎友好，页面权重较高。
此外，还有一些因素会对爬虫不友好，比如页面内嵌FLASH，使用动态URL，所有内容要求登录后才能访问，强制使用Cookies等等，需要大家在设计时注意。建议的优化方向如下图：

在SEO日常工作中，当你试图在百度监测某个关键词排名的时候，你经常会发现一个问题，不同IP，不同的浏览器排名有的时候会有微妙的变化。
它可能是百度地区排名因素指标所致，也可能前段时间上线“简单搜索”提到的千人千面技术，当然也有一种可能就是cookie的影响。
那么，cookie是什么意思，对SEO有什么影响?

简单理解：cookie是当你首次访问某个站点或者特定页面的时候，留存在电脑里的一个文本文件，它用于跟踪记录网站访问者的相关数据信息，比如：搜索偏好、行为点击等内容。
从而确保访问者二次到访的时候，可以快速的加载网站页面，并且提供与其相关的内容，在电商SEO中，经常被采用的一种策略。

cookie对于网站开发者而言，从某个角度理解更像浏览器的“缓存”它清晰的记录你的行为指标，有利于：
① 获取精准的访客画像：用户位置、访问喜好、年龄结构、特定账号信息等。
② 广告联盟，提供更加精准的相关产品信息，这也是为什么，当你搜索某个产品以后，在各大电商网站或带有广告联盟代码的站点，经常出现同类产品的原因。
③ 推进更多个性化的内容信息，延迟页面停留时间，提高转化率。
3、cookie对SEO的影响
成都清晨网络认为以往有经验的SEO专家经常会利用cookie与sessionID合理引导控制蜘蛛抓取与百度权重的传递，比如：
① 展示与抓取
为了更好的平衡用户体验与蜘蛛抓取，我们可以优化2套网站导航结构，一套用于向百度蜘蛛展示，一套用于向用户展示，这有利于提高目标用户的搜索体验。 (一只小小呵）
② 限制性内容
当你试图想利用微头条短内容去吸引目标用户获取流量的时候，很多站点经常会弹出注册与登录页面，当你注册成功以后，仍然会返回同一URL继续阅读原内容。
③ 邮件数据统计
当我们试图利用邮件营销获取目标用户的时候，我们经常需要统计每封邮件的打开率，从而调整邮件的内容策略，这个时候我们利用cookie的去跟踪目标用户访问你的网站，从而判断用户打开邮件的访问情况。
总结：我们仍然可以利用cookie去屏蔽重复的内容，关于什么是cookie的话题，仍有诸多细节值得讨论，上诉内容仅供参考。

韩国首都首尔，以前叫汉城。还记得1988年汉城奥运会吗，那时候只有汉城，没有首尔。从1945年起，我们就称韩国首都为汉城，直到2005年，韩国要求我们改成英文直译首尔。
从李氏朝鲜王朝至今，首尔作为韩国首都已有 600 多年的历史，正统性毋庸置疑，但韩国却有迁都的打算。
1950年，朝鲜半岛南北交战三年，此后朝鲜与韩国长期剑拔弩张，多次走到战争边缘。首尔距朝韩军事分界线仅 40 公里，不用中远程导弹，普通炮弹就能覆盖，韩国朝野上下始终有一种深深的安全忧虑。
自朝鲜在21世纪拥有核武以来，核武这个词，像一柄达摩克利斯之剑悬在首尔头顶。韩国人口约5200万，首尔都会区人口达到2500万，人们形象地称为“首都肥大症”，这也成了韩国的一大致命弱点。
韩国是亚洲四小龙之首，包括首尔、仁川和京畿道在内的首都圈，聚集了韩国绝大部分的人才、企业、经济等优良资源，韩国无论如何承受不起一次核打击。
有人提出迁都，也有人反对，因为迁都可能会带来房价下跌等不可预见的因素，会损害一些人的利益，既得利益集团是反对迁都的。
2005 年，各方才达成基本一致的意见，即明确首尔的首都地位，但也适当将部分行政职能迁出。
韩国人在忠清南道燕岐郡与公州市交界处，首尔以南120公里处找到一块地，名为世宗，作为新都之所。世宗这个名字，来源朝鲜王朝第4代国王李祹，明朝赐谥号“庄宪”。
2012 年，世宗特别自治市成立，以总理室为首的多个机关和研究中心陆续迁往世宗。
韩国有1个特别市和2个特别自治市：首尔、世宗和济州，相当于我国直辖市。济州岛是韩国最大的岛，以旅游业闻名，从世宗的区划来看，韩国人迁都还是认真的。
不过事情也没那么乐观，总统府、国会、国防部和外交部等核心权力机构仍留在首尔，世宗的经济发展和交通等基础设施建设迟缓。世宗市定位模煳，每天有 2000 多名公务员花费四五个小时在首尔和世宗两地奔波，造成行政效率下降等负面效果，没有起到迁都所具有的战略意义。
世宗人口增长还算可以，从建立到2020年，已经有35万人口。但与首尔两千多万的规模相比，世宗起到的分流作用微乎其微。
反对迁都的人认为，世宗方案本来就只是搬迁部分行政机构，而不是整体搬迁行政部门，更不是迁都。反对派说：“我们韩国南北也就400公里左右，一旦战争打响，你就是迁到釜山都没用。”

世界上迁都成功的国家不少，其中一部分就是是从边境附近迁到中心地带。比如巴西从沿海的里约热内卢迁到中部巴西高原的巴西利亚；哈萨克斯坦从边境附近的阿拉木图迁到阿斯塔纳；尼日利亚从沿海且靠近陆地边界的拉各斯迁到中部的阿布贾；缅甸从沿海的仰光迁到中部的内比都。
